Spread across 4,000 acres of fenced pastureland in Megalo Eleftherochori, our animals live free range, grazing on seasonal forage. They are fed organic feed, wild grasses, and natural forage, with no hormones or preservatives.
Since the 1960s, three generations of the Douma family have run the farm. Today, Douma Vital Farm is the only bison breeder in Greece and one of the few in Europe, alongside organic Greek Black Pig and Murciano-Granadina goats.
Our products reach organic markets, fine delicatessens, and select retailers across Greece and abroad. In Larissa, our restaurant and delicatessen serve dishes made with our own meats, paired with Greek wines and a focus on the vineyards of Thessaly.
