Spread across 4,000 acres of rolling, fenced pastureland in Megalo Eleftherochori, our animals live as nature intended – roaming freely, grazing on seasonal forage, and following the rhythms of the earth. Their nourishment is pure: organic feed, wild grasses, and the fruits of the land, untouched by hormones or preservatives.
Our roots run deep. Since the 1960s, three generations have carried forward a vision that blends heritage with innovation. Today, Douma Vital Farm stands as the only bison breeder in Greece – and one of the very few in Europe – while also leading in the organic raising of Greek Black pigs and Murciano-Granadina goats. Every cut, every delicacy tells the story of integrity, nutritional richness, and unforgettable taste.
From our land, these products travel to discerning tables across Greece and abroad – found in organic markets, fine delicatessens, and select retailers. In Larissa, our restaurant and delicatessen offer a true farm-to-table experience, where recipes draw from the bounty of our fields and the skill of trusted Greek artisans.
