On the slopes of the Antichasia, in Megalo Eleftherochori near Elassona, our farm has followed the rhythm of the seasons since 1962. Across some 350 hectares live the only bison herd in the Balkans, the organic Greek black pig and two herds of goats.

From these animals come our meats, charcuterie and cheeses, served at our restaurant and sold at our delicatessen and online shop.
