The Restaurant

In the centre of Larissa, Douma Vital Farm Restaurant brings the farm's produce into the city. A warm room with an open kitchen, where meat is cooked with respect for its character.

The kitchen begins at the farm: bison from the only herd in the Balkans and organic Greek black pig, animals raised free on the slopes of the Antichasia.

The restaurant has received two FNL awards. Its cooking follows the seasons and brings out the meat without masking it.

The cellar holds more than 130 Greek wine labels, with a focus on the vineyards of Thessaly and on labels from the Hellenic Small Wineries Association. Each wine is chosen to accompany the dish, never to cover it.
